Ana Intl was born from lived experience, not abstraction.
My professional life began on land. Before enterprise strategy or executive leadership, I worked in regenerative agriculture, managing animal systems, compost infrastructure, and ecological restoration projects. In that environment, systems respond honestly. When design is coherent, life flourishes. When it is fragmented, degradation follows.
Those early years were formative. They trained me to recognize feedback loops, to understand that environment determines behavior, and to see that regeneration is not ideology but structural alignment with living systems.
To deepen that understanding beyond fieldwork, I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sustainability Studies from Goddard College. My thesis examined regenerative agriculture, resilient food systems, climate change mitigation, and sustainable business paradigms, exploring how economic systems can operate within ecological limits rather than against them.
Alongside this academic foundation, I trained formally at the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. Classical culinary education sharpened my understanding of food as infrastructure, connecting soil health, agricultural systems, supply chains, nourishment, and culture. Precision, sourcing, and systems design were as essential in the kitchen as they were in the field.
Over time, my work expanded into hospitality, agricultural relations, wellness environments, immersive productions, and executive operations. I have served in senior operational roles across mission-driven organizations spanning multiple sectors.
Across farms, kitchens, production sets, and leadership teams, a pattern became clear.
Organizations are living systems.
Culture is ecological.
Capital shapes environment.
Design determines outcome.
The extraction I observed in industrial agriculture mirrored extraction within enterprise. Soil depletion had its parallel in burnout culture. Short-term yield thinking weakened both land and institutions.
Ana Intl emerged from that convergence.
It integrates regenerative agriculture, human health, leadership, and enterprise design, grounded in the intelligence of living systems.
My background also includes embodied practice and human resilience. I hold a 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Certification and have completed advanced coursework in meditation, nervous system regulation, neurolinguistic programming, and therapeutic modalities. These disciplines inform my understanding of behavior and leadership, not as trends, but as structural components of how systems function.
Today, Ana Intl is evolving as a multi-vertical ecosystem spanning media, education, strategic design, innovation, and long-term regenerative infrastructure. Its mission is to architect models that restore ecosystems, elevate human well-being, and establish regeneration as the global standard.
My work bridges land and leadership because I have lived in both worlds.
