What if food, agriculture, and human health were never separate to begin with?

Ana Intl explores the relationships between food, agriculture, and human health—and transforms those insights into practical ideas, education, media, and regenerative innovation.

About Ana Intl

We operate from a simple but profound belief:

The health of people cannot be separated from the health of the systems that nourish them.

Food, agriculture, ecosystems, and human health are not independent challenges—they are expressions of the same living system. When one begins to decline, the others inevitably follow. Likewise, when one is restored, the benefits ripple far beyond what we can immediately see.

Through research, media, education, strategic partnerships, and regenerative innovation, we translate the intelligence of living systems into practical ideas, solutions, and models that help people and the natural world flourish together.

At Ana Intl, we explore the principles that allow living systems to remain healthy, resilient, and adaptive over time. We study how these patterns appear across nature, agriculture, nutrition, public health, and society, and transform those insights into practical tools, educational resources, and regenerative solutions.

Rather than treating today’s challenges as isolated problems, we look beneath the surface to understand the relationships that connect them. We believe many of the defining issues of our time—from declining ecosystem health and chronic disease to fragile food systems and nutritional insecurity—share common underlying causes and therefore require more integrated solutions.

We are not interested in quick fixes or sustainability as a marketing term.

We are interested in understanding how life works—and applying that understanding to help shape a future where healthy people, thriving ecosystems, and regenerative food systems become the foundation of a flourishing world.

Our Foundation

Massive Transformative Purpose

To lead the evolution of food, agriculture, and human health by architecting regenerative models rooted in living systems that restore ecosystems, elevate human well-being, and establish regeneration as the new global standard.

Mission

To advance the future of food, agriculture, and human health by exploring, applying, and sharing the principles of living systems through research, education, media, strategic partnerships, and regenerative innovation.

Vision

A world where healthy people, thriving ecosystems, and regenerative food systems are the foundation of a flourishing future.

Purpose

Ana Intl exists to deepen our understanding of the relationships between food, agriculture, human health, and the living world—and to transform that understanding into practical solutions that help both people and nature flourish.

Ana Intl operates across strategy, education, media, and systems advisory at the intersection of food systems, human health, organizational resilience, and regenerative enterprise.

Our work focuses on helping organizations better understand the structural relationships shaping long-term health, operational performance, adaptability, and resilience over time.

We combine systems thinking, operational strategy, ecological intelligence, and cross-sector experience to help founders, organizations, and emerging initiatives navigate increasing complexity with greater coherence and clarity.

Our experience spans field, kitchen, studio, and boardroom.

  • Managing regenerative farms and agricultural initiatives across the United States

  • Leading high-level retreats, productions, and campaigns within the wellness and media space

  • Supporting mission-driven organizations through operational growth and strategic development

  • Designing systems and organizational structures across hospitality, education, agriculture, and wellness environments

  • Working across sectors that are deeply interconnected, but rarely integrated in practice — including food, health, leadership, media, and enterprise

Rather than approaching regeneration as branding language or isolated sustainability initiatives, we approach it as a question of systems design, operational resilience, and long-term viability.

What We Do

Long-Term Thinking

We prioritize resilience, adaptability, and long-term viability over short-term optimization.

Systems Awareness

We approach organizations, food systems, health, and infrastructure as interconnected environments rather than isolated categories.

Operational Integrity

We believe alignment between strategy, operations, incentives, and execution determines whether systems remain healthy over time.

Depth Before Scale

We value strong foundations, thoughtful growth, and structural coherence over speed alone.

Ecological Intelligence

Living systems offer practical lessons in resilience, feedback, adaptation, and interdependence that can inform modern organizational design.

Substance Over Optics

We are less interested in sustainability as branding language and more interested in systems that function responsibly in practice.

Cross-Sector Thinking

Many of today’s challenges exist between industries rather than within them. We intentionally work across disciplines, sectors, and perspectives.

Constructive Evolution

When systems no longer support long-term health and resilience, they must be redesigned with greater intelligence and coherence.

Chandrima Ornvold
Founder, CEO

Ana Intl was founded by Chandrima Ornvold, a systems strategist and operator with experience spanning regenerative agriculture, food systems, hospitality, wellness, media, and organizational leadership.

Her professional background began in agriculture, working directly within regenerative farming systems and ecological restoration projects across the United States. Early work managing livestock systems, compost infrastructure, water systems, and land regeneration created a direct understanding of how environments shape behavior, resilience, and long-term outcomes over time.

To deepen that understanding beyond fieldwork, Chandrima earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sustainability Studies, where her academic work focused on regenerative agriculture, resilient food systems, climate change mitigation, and sustainable business models.

Alongside this foundation, she trained formally in culinary arts at the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, further developing an understanding of food not simply as consumption, but as infrastructure connecting agriculture, health, supply chains, labor, culture, and economic systems.

Over time, her work expanded into hospitality, media, executive operations, wellness environments, and cross-functional organizational leadership.

Across farms, kitchens, productions, retreats, and leadership teams, one pattern consistently emerged:

Systems that ignore the conditions required for long-term health eventually create instability, fragmentation, and diminishing returns.

The extraction visible within industrial agriculture often mirrored the same patterns inside organizations and institutions, short-term optimization at the expense of long-term resilience.

Ana Intl emerged from that convergence.

Today, the company operates as a platform for strategic advisory, education, media, and systems-based thinking focused on helping organizations build more coherent, resilient, and intelligently designed models for the future.

Our Philosophy

Ana Intl is built on the belief that resilience, health, and long-term prosperity are not separate goals.

They are outcomes of how systems are designed.

We study how living systems sustain stability, adaptability, and regeneration over time, and apply those principles across organizations, food systems, leadership, enterprise, and human environments.

Here, biology becomes business intelligence.
