OUR MISSION
We live in a time of urgent transition — in climate, culture, and consciousness.
Yet most systems are still built on extraction, fragmentation, and burnout.
Ana Intl is here to not only offer a new logic, but help execute it across complex systems and organizations.
We’ve helped leaders build futures where:
Business mirrors the intelligence of nature.
Leadership reflects both purpose and precision.
Regeneration becomes the rule — not the exception.
This is not a consultancy. It’s a movement for those ready to design differently.
“Chandrima not only transformed the way we conceived of our systems, but helped us align our team from the ground up.”

Problem
Cedar Springs Farm began as a parched, degraded landscape in western Colorado. The 40-acre property was dominated by sagebrush and dry juniper, with compacted soils, poor water retention, and minimal biodiversity. Like much of the high desert, the surrounding land had been left fallow or mismanaged — leading to further degradation, desertification, and ecological collapse. It was clear that the land, left unmanaged in this context, was losing resilience.
The vision was to regenerate this land into a thriving silvopasture system: a working example of how agroecology, water systems, and animal integration can heal degraded landscapes and feed communities.
-
We applied regenerative design principles across every element of the farm:
Earthworks & Water Management
Designed and implemented extensive swales and water-harvesting earthworks to mimic beaver activity, slow runoff, and raise the water table.
Used contours to spread water evenly and support tree establishment.
Rotational Grazing & Soil Building
Introduced a multi-species, rotational grazing system mimicking the natural disturbance and fertilization cycles once created by wild bison.
Applied holistic grazing methods to combat invasive knapweed — transforming it into a support species while restoring balance with native grasses and legumes.
Agroforestry & Tree Crops
Planted thousands of trees in silvopasture patterns — including honey locust, oak, chestnut, apple, plum, mulberry, and hazelnut.
Sourced chestnut genetics from New Forest Farm and tested adaptive phenotypes for alkaline, arid soil.
Grew trees for restoration agriculture installations across the region.
Integrated Livestock Systems
Developed a hybrid beef and dairy operation with heritage breeds (Devons, Jerseys, Belted Galloway crosses).
Practiced calf-sharing dairy: mamas raised calves while we milked selectively to meet community needs — a no-pressure, cow-friendly system.
Raised 30+ pigs annually on pasture in partnership with Down Home Farm — shifting from full-cycle breeding to feeder-only operations.
Used sacrificial zones for training pigs before rotating them into pasture with nose rings to prevent rooting.
Domestic Waterfowl & Ecosystem Services
Integrated Toulouse geese to naturally manage pond ecosystems, control mosquito larvae, harvest nutrients from ditch water, and aerate ponds.
Created a near-closed loop system of pond → goose → soil fertility → forage.
Protected Growing & Annuals
Installed high tunnels for frost protection and increased annual yield of tomatoes, peppers, corn, and cabbage.
Built nutrient-dense food systems to support winter storage, family nutrition, and food sovereignty.
-
Water table measurably rose in swaled zones, killing off some dryland juniper and making way for deciduous tree species.
Knapweed was suppressed without chemicals.
First fruit and nut harvests emerged (plums, honey locust pods, future chestnuts), demonstrating proof of concept.
Deer and endangered leopard frogs returned, indicating major ecological recovery.
Geese and pigs became integral tools in nutrient cycling and land aeration.
Created a regional tree propagation program for resilient agroforestry species.
Developed a hyper-resilient homestead model that produces beef, pork, dairy, eggs, tree crops, annual vegetables, and pollination services.
-
What we do on the land mirrors what we do with organizations:
Raise the “water table” of energy and productivity by reworking flow and distribution systems.
Restore degraded or underperforming zones through intelligent design rather than forceful intervention.
Use context-specific methods to cultivate yield and resilience, rather than chasing generic outputs.
Wins
Our integrated system of water, animals, and plantlife became a model for what’s possible when we stop compartmentalizing agriculture — and start thinking ecologically.
Featured in multiple videos viewed by tens of thousands.
Created a tangible demonstration site for agroforestry, rotational grazing, and desert regeneration.
Developed trusted supply chain partnerships for tree crops, livestock, and food sales.
Recognized by regenerative agriculture leaders and communities across the Mountain West.

About
Founded by Chandrima Ornvold, Ana Intl exists to restore coherence across the systems that sustain us — food, health, business, and culture. We operate as a global strategy studio and learning platform for regenerative leadership, serving visionaries ready to move from fragmentation to wholeness.
“Everywhere I worked — from regenerative farms to executive boardrooms — I saw the same root issue: fragmentation. Sectors were siloed. Strategies were disjointed. And the people doing the most meaningful work often lacked the systems, support, or structure to thrive long-term.”
That’s where Ana Intl began. Not as a consultancy, but as a response to that fragmentation — and a devotion to wholeness, elegance, and regenerative intelligence
We’ve helped:
Farmers learn to think like CEOs
Executive teams reconnect to purpose and planetary ethics
Wellness brands translate values into business models
Retreat venues scale without burning out
Leaders align their mission with systems that actually work
Because we know what happens when a system is designed well: it regenerates.…
